gratitude
Are you feeling overwhelmed? When you get stressed out about all the responsibilities on your plate during the holidays (or any time, for that matter), it can be very helpful to literally count your blessings. You don’t even have to take time out to do this. Next time you’re waiting in line or stopped at a stoplight, think about all the things there are in your life to be grateful for. This is a wonderful way to bring balance and brightness to your life.
We’d love for you to share your thoughts about what you feel grateful for.

I’m grateful for e.e cummings:
“suddenly, as when the heart of this flower imagines the snow carefully everywhere descending;”

Be sure not to limit yourself. Lots of guys restrict themselves to what they think they are able to do. You can gothat far as your mind will let you.

Aw, this was a really quality post. In theory I’d like to write like this too - taking time and real effort to make a good article… but what can I say… I procrastinate alot and never seem to get something done.
